- Please note: Personalized or custom-made items (including engraved jewelry, resized rings, custom chain lengths, or products made in rose or white gold upon request) cannot be returned or cancelled, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
- For hygiene reasons, products such as pierced jewelry that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping costs for returns, exchanges, and repair services are the responsibility of the customer.
