You can create a membership by clicking on the "Account" section in the upper right corner of our website and filling out the form on the page that opens. After completing your membership information, contact details, and password creation steps, your YunkaJewelry.com account will be activated.

No, you are not required to be a member to shop at YunkaJewelry.com. You can easily place orders without being a member. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and benefit from special advantages.

Yes, you can change and update your membership information in the "My Personal Information" section after logging into your account.
It is not possible to create another membership using the same email address.
When you click on the login area in the top right corner of the homepage, click on the "forgot my password" link in the member login information section. After entering your email address, you can set your new password by clicking on the link in the email you receive.

Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased from our stores are non-refundable. Exchanges are permitted.
The return period for products purchased through our online shopping site is limited to 14 days.
Yes, at Yunka Jewelry, shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. You can initiate the return process by sending the item you wish to return with your preferred shipping company. During shipment, you must specify that you are sending the package to our Istanbul address and fully complete the return section of the order invoice with your contact information. Once the product reaches us, your return process will be completed quickly.
You can exchange products purchased from our store within the first 14 days, provided they have not been used. For exchanges, the certificate and proof of purchase must be presented with the product. Products with custom sizing, personalization (e.g., adding letters, engraving), or special orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Furthermore, exchanges cannot be made for products without an invoice, receipt, or certificate.
Products may be damaged during shipping due to issues with the cargo itself. Therefore, when you receive your order, please check for any signs of damage such as crushing, tearing, or wetness on the package. If you encounter such a situation, you should refuse to accept the delivery and have the cargo official record a damage report.
If the product has not been used, you can exchange it within the first 14 days by sending it to us with the certificate, the product's invoice, and the return code provided to you. Products that have undergone special alterations and special customer orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Products without an invoice, receipt, or certificate cannot be exchanged.
You can receive support if you bring the gifted product, along with its certificate and packaging, to the store where it was purchased within 14 days. However, if your product is identified as belonging to the Yunka brand but no documentation can be provided, the customer is directed to the store where the product was purchased, and that store attempts to identify the product in its records. If no product record can be found in the store's documents, a scrap purchase procedure is applied with the customer's approval.
Customized or custom-ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Of course, if you inform us which store you would like to pick up your order from, either by using the order note section during your online purchases or by contacting our support line, your delivery can also be made from one of our delivery stores according to your request.
After the returned products arrive at our center, they are sent to our workshop for inspection during the control process (max. 1 week). If there is any damage to the product or if your product does not meet the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, this product will be reported and sent back to you, and you will be notified by phone or e-mail. However, if your product is eligible for the right of withdrawal, after the 1-week control process, the product amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used to place your order. Note: While refunds to credit cards usually appear in your account within 1-7 days, due to problems arising from the banking system, debit card refunds can take up to 30 days.

Your orders will reach you within 1-3 days, depending on your city's distance from Istanbul. Since our estimated delivery time is calculated based on business days, weekends and public holidays are not included in the stated period.

All products purchased from YunkaJewelry.com are sent in carefully prepared gift packaging. All stages of boxing, packaging, and presentation are carried out according to our brand's standards, so your product arrives ready to be gifted.

Of course, they can be different. During the order process, you can define the billing and delivery addresses as either different or the same. Depending on your choice, your invoice can be sent to a different address.
Orders placed through our online store are shipped via UPS.
For international orders, shipping costs are borne by the recipient. The shipping fee is 1500 TL.

Maintenance & Warranty

For all products stated to be ours, the repair and maintenance service warranty is perpetual. Repair and maintenance services resulting from user error are subject to a fee.
Keep your gold jewelry away from chemical products as much as possible. Your jewelry's lifespan will be shortened if it is heavily exposed to chemicals (alcohol, perfume, bleach, etc.). You can store your jewelry in a velvet-lined box. This way, your jewelry will be protected in a soft environment without being damaged.
When not in use, you can preserve the sparkle of your diamond jewelry by storing it wrapped in a cloth in its box or pouch, in a dry environment, away from high light and heat.
If you bring your product to our nearest store or send it to our address by cargo, along with its certificate/invoice, your product will be inspected, and you will be informed. For online purchases, you can contact our support line for information.
If you bring your product to us along with its certificate/invoice, product maintenance and polishing will be carried out. For online purchases, you can get information by contacting our support line.
Our products will be out of warranty if serviced or repaired anywhere other than our own workshop.

In order for us to find the source of the discoloration in the product, it must be sent to us along with the product certificate/invoice. The cause of discoloration can sometimes be chemical materials used (soap, cream, cologne, perfume, etc.). For this reason, we kindly request that you send the product to us for inspection.
Once the repair of your product is complete, you will be notified within 1 to 3 weeks using the contact information you provided.

Payment & Billing

You can pay with all bank cards for your purchases. For purchases made with bank cards, it may take longer for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank.

You can easily use discount coupons defined by YunkaJewelry.com by entering them into the "Discount Code" field on the Cart page. After applying the coupon, the discount amount will be automatically applied to your total order.
Yes, you can pay for the products you wish to purchase with a gift card. Gift card payments are only valid at Yunka Jewelry stores. Gift cards cannot be used for online purchases.
