Our company is not responsible for products that cannot be repaired or processed. If any manufacturing defect is discovered within 3 days of delivery, Yunka Jewelry guarantees to repair or replace the product with a new one. We do not offer a return guarantee. The replacement period for products with manufacturing defects is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. Physical damage caused by user error after the product has been delivered and used is not covered by the warranty. Repairs are possible for used products in cases of parts falling off, being lost, missing, broken, damaged, or fragmented; however, replacements and returns are not possible. The full cost of any added gold parts will be charged to the buyer. All incoming and outgoing shipping costs for product maintenance and repair are the responsibility of the buyer (customer). For all products sent to us for repair and maintenance, the warranty cards must be included. The cost of maintenance, repair, and cleaning services for products without warranty cards will be charged to the buyer (customer). Therefore, please check if the products you have purchased have certificates. For products shipped without certificates, please request the certificates from us.
To cancel or return orders or products placed through www.yunkajewelry.com, you must notify us of your request via our WhatsApp line at 08508409499 or by email at info@yunkajewelry.com. All conditions stated here apply only to products purchased from yunkajewelry.com. The responsibility for delivering the package to our address rests with the consumer. After the product reaches us and we conduct the necessary inspections, if the return is accepted, the product price will be refunded to you.
In product return procedures, the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection apply. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 7 days after the product reaches the customer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify www.yunkajewelry.com by fax, email, or telephone within this period, and the product must be unused. For products deemed suitable for return after inspection, the product price will be refunded within 7 days using the same payment method used by the customer. For products delivered via courier, the shipping costs included in the package, and for products purchased with Same Day Delivery Service, the delivery fee will be deducted from the invoice amount, and only the product price will be refunded. For products delivered internationally, the delivery fee will be deducted from the invoice amount, and only the product price will be refunded.
Right to Cancel

Products with inscriptions, products with color changes (Rose and White) other than the original gold color, all products manufactured according to the customer's requests, 22-karat gold bracelets, bullion gold, necklaces and chains with chain length changes, bracelets with added extensions, etc., and all other alterations made according to the customer's possible requests are included in the scope of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Right to Return
Customers are not entitled to return products that are manufactured according to their specific requests, demands, and choices, or that have been modified or customized to their specifications. Therefore, in the entire ring category, since the customer selects their finger size during ordering and the ring is adjusted accordingly, there is no right of return or cancellation. Products with engravings made according to the customer's requests are also exempt from return and cancellation. Products with color changes (Rose and White) other than the original gold color (YELLOW) are also exempt from return and cancellation. All products manufactured according to the customer's requests are exempt from return and cancellation. 22-karat gold bracelets, bullion gold, necklaces and chains with chain length changes, bracelets with extensions, etc., and all products prepared with modifications made according to the customer's possible requests are exempt from return and cancellation. All jewelry involving piercings such as tragus, helix, nose rings, and belly button piercings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene concerns. According to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, all ring orders are custom-made to the individual's size, therefore, there is no right of withdrawal (cancellation and return) subject to legal conditions . Products delivered to an address outside the Turkish Customs Territory as a result of the buyer declaring an international delivery address are not eligible for return.
Products returned via cargo must be in their original packaging (including labels, box, gift, warranty card, and pouch). Orders you wish to return must be sent to our address in the same condition as they were sent to you, including the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, product box, packaging, and all other documents and materials, complete and undamaged. The customer making the return is responsible for any damage or loss of value to the product and accompanying documents and materials caused by the cargo company or the customer themselves during the return process. After your products are received, experts will examine whether the return conditions have been met. Diamond products are returned after expert inspection. If the return is approved, the price of the products will be refunded within 7 days; if the order was placed using a credit card, it will be refunded to your credit card, and if it was placed via bank transfer/EFT, it will be refunded to your bank account. The refund will appear on your credit card account within 1-4 weeks, depending on your bank's processing time.
For returns, exchanges, and repairs, you can send your products to our address via cargo. All return, exchange, and repair shipping costs (both ways) will be charged to the buyer. For returns, shipping costs for all items sold with additional packaging will also be charged to the customer.
