How can I order from abroad?

Cash on delivery is not available for international orders.

You can select your international shipping option by entering your address after placing your order.

You can select international shipping after adding your orders to the cart.

International shipping is not free.

How are international shipping costs calculated?

International shipping fees are defined in the system.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and package dimensions.

We choose the fastest shipping company to deliver your order quickly.

Your products will be delivered within 2-3 business days after they are prepared.

Do I have to pay customs duty?

Each country has its own customs duty policy. In European countries, customs duty may be charged for purchases exceeding approximately 50 euros. You can split large purchases into different packages.

To date, we have not experienced any customs issues in any of the countries we have shipped to; however, if such issues arise, www.yunkajewelry.com will not accept responsibility for the package not being delivered due to customs problems. In cases where the product is returned to Türkiye due to other reasons (incorrect address, incorrect name, not being home, etc.), the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
