For problems related to order production, your refund will be credited to your account or credit card without any deductions. Therefore, we kindly request that you fill out your membership information completely and carefully. Deliveries are not made on holidays and Sundays.
You will be notified of your purchased products via email. If any of your selected products are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about the product's stock availability and delivery time.
For insurance purposes, please check the courier for damage to the package upon delivery. If the shipping bag is damaged, have a damage report drawn up and do not accept the delivery.
